Yes, there are downloadable videos that you can find here. They are accessible as soon as you sign up for the service. So don’t forget to register. Please note that they are currently only available for Android.

If your connection speed is less than 2 Mb/s, we recommend that you contact your internet provider. It can help you investigate your connection problems.

In many videos, the instructions are not on the home screen, but in a menu. After clicking on a particular video, you can immediately see the description under the Play Video button.

By default, the video starts in a larger screen size. To switch to the default size, click the square icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. To switch back to large size, click the square icon again. This feature is not available on smartphones.

When you click on a specific video, you will be asked to provide the phone number associated with your registration. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can still access our selection of free content. You can also follow the steps on our authentication pages to log in from scratch.
